1.What do you do and how old are your child(ren)?
I’m a nutritionist and my daughter Millie is 13 months.
2.What’s your journey to motherhood been like?
Journey to motherhood: Amazing as I’ve always wanted to be a mum, however it caught us very much by surprise as we were living in Australia at the time and so the timing wasn’t ideal!
3.How quickly did you go back to work and do you have any regrets?
I started working again with clients online after 6 months PP. It was the right decision as I was going stir crazy without work, and was able to ease myself back into it as my work is online .
4.What’s your most memorable child related incident as a WorkingMama?
Being able to have my work and be rather flexible around my daughter. But on the days where she does go to nursery, I’m glad she has the opportunity to be a bit independent and play with children away from her parents hovering over her!
5.Which Working Mama inspires you?
Tasnim from @workingmamasuk - She’s an absolute power women at work, yet is still a super involved mum who is also putting in the hard work for her own self improvement
6.What are your top tips for all the WorkingMamas out there?
Don’t feel guilty for wanting to have a life outside of your kids and being a mum. You need to have satisfaction and purpose in all areas of your life in order to show up as the best woman and mum possible. I truly believe that being a working mum makes you a better mum because of this reason!
